“Election of Members of Council”
Council has been apprised of a complaint against a duly nominated member for having shared and being part of a campaign.
All duly nominated candidates for the upcoming election of the Dental Council of Mauritius, are hereby being reminded of the ‘Rules of Election’ of the Schedule (Section 4), Paragraph 3(2).
‘Publishing or distribution of any manifesto which is calculated or likely to induce persons to vote for him to be a member of Council’ is prohibited.
